Strategic Agreement Executed with VULTEC
On 13 August 2026, EAU Lithium announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, EAU
Lithium Pty Ltd, had executed a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with VULTEC GmbH,
the German technology subsidiary of Vulcan Energy Resources.
The agreement builds on the Company's existing relationship with Vulcan Energy
Resources and its licence to VULSORB® adsorption-type direct lithium extraction (A-
DLE) technology.
The MSA establishes a framework for specialist technical and engineering services,
including:
• Engineering feasibility studies;
• Geothermal power integration;
• Direct lithium extraction process optimisation;
• Evaluation of potential by-product opportunities;
• Pilot plant mobilisation, installation and commissioning support; and
• Future operational assistance and technical training.
Under the agreement, VULTEC is responsible for technology provision, process design,
sorbent supply and A-DLE system performance within the scope of agreed services.
ASX RELEASE | 29 October 2026 | ASX: EAU
The agreement complements the Company's previously announced MSA with Bolivian
engineering services provider SEPCON, bringing together German technology expertise
and local engineering capabilities to support the evaluation of potential lithium
opportunities.
Together, these arrangements provide EAU Lithium with a technical and engineering
services framework to support its longer-term objectives. The agreements do not
constitute definitive project development or production agreements, nor do they confer
mineral tenure or operating approvals in Bolivia.
Refer to EAU Lithium ASX announcement dated 13 August 2026, "Strategic agreement
executed with VULTEC".
Vulcan Energy Commences Commercial-Scale VULSORB®
Manufacturing
On 21 September 2026, Vulcan Energy Resources (ASX: VUL) announced the
commencement of commercial-scale manufacturing of its proprietary VULSORB®
lithium extraction adsorbent in Germany.
The milestone follows several years of technology development, testing and validation,
including thousands of operating cycles at industrial demonstration scale.
VULSORB® is an adsorption-based direct lithium extraction technology designed to
selectively recover lithium from brine. Commercial-scale manufacturing represents an
advancement in Vulcan's technology supply chain and its preparation for larger-scale
deployment.
Initial manufacturing volumes are intended to support Vulcan's Phase One Lionheart
Project in Germany, with the technology also intended for application across its broader
project portfolio and selected third-party licensing arrangements.
For EAU Lithium, which holds a licence to VULSORB® technology, this development
provides further context for the advancement of its licensed technology platform and
complements the Company's existing technology licence, pilot plant acquisition
arrangement and technical services agreement with VULTEC.
The manufacturing milestone relates to Vulcan Energy Resources' operations and does
not constitute the commencement of production or project development by EAU Lithium.

investment in South America's lithium sector, with established industry participants
including Rio Tinto, Ganfeng Lithium, Albemarle and SQM demonstrating the
significance of the region's lithium brine resources.
Following the European and Singapore programs, EAU Lithium continued its investor
relations activities in Australia during October, with meetings across Perth, Sydney and
Melbourne involving leadingstockbroking firms, institutional and sophisticated investors,
and financial market participants. The roadshow provided an opportunity to introduce
the Company's lithium technology strategy to a broader Australian investment audience,
strengthen existing relationships and increase awareness of EAU Lithium across
domestic capital markets.
ASX RELEASE | 29 October 2026 | ASX: EAU
As part of the Australian program, EAU Lithium hosted its corporate launch in Perth on
15 October 2026, bringing together shareholders, representatives from leading
Australian financial, legal and engineering firms, the Company's directors and founders
from Canada and Bolivia, and international lithium industry stakeholders.
The event featured presentations from Gonzalo Montenegro, Executive Director of
SEPCON, who provided insights into Bolivia's lithium industry and evolving, and
improving, investment landscape, and Tim Hoff of Canaccord Genuity, who discussed

technology strategy, highlight its relationship with Vulcan Energy Resources and the
licensed VULSORB® technology, and develop relationships across international capital
markets and the lithium supply chain.
The program forms part of the Company's ongoing efforts to establish the industry
relationships and market awareness that will support its longer-term objectives.
Exploration Activities
During the quarter the Company’s principal focus remained the EAU Lithium acquisition
and the associated Bolivian activities.
Subsequent to the end of the quarter, the Company completed its planned exit from the
Byro East project in Western Australia, with the final licence, E09/2443, lapsing on 4
October 2026.
The Orange East project comprises three exploration licences (EL8442, EL8807 and
EL9482) and is considered highly prospective for McPhillamys style gold and porphyry
style gold-copper mineralisation, located approximately 7km along strike from Regis
Resources’ +2Moz McPhillamys gold deposit and approximately 25km east of the world-
class Cadia porphyry gold-copper operation (ASX 29 March 2023).
The Quintons prospect on EL8807 will be the focus for the Company. In 2011–12 Gold
and Copper Resources completed a Super IP survey which defined a coincident
chargeability and resistivity anomaly more than 4km long at the intersection of the
Godolphin Fault and a north-south splay, a structural setting analogous to McPhillamys.
The Quintons prospect is defined by a coincident 1km by 1km As-Bi-Sb-Au geochemical
anomaly, quartz veins up to 600m long and an extensive sericite alteration halo. The
Company’s 2023 shallow aircore program (37 aircore holes and one RC hole for 990m;
ASX releases 23 February and 29 March 2023) tested only the clay-altered saprolite, to
depths of up to 51m (average about 25m). Iron oxide after pyrite was commonly
ASX RELEASE | 29 October 2026 | ASX: EAU
intersected, but no significant intercepts were returned and the chargeability source
remains untested.
The Company has begun engaging with landholders ahead of a field program planned to
commence in the first quarter of 2027. The program will start with a pole-dipole and/or
dipole-dipole IP survey over Quintons to define the chargeability source at depth, with
drilling to be planned on the results.
Whilst exploration activities were limited during the last quarter, the Company is
planning to continue and expand on previous exploration at its Orange East project in
New South Wales. In Nunavut, the Company rationalised its uranium portfolio during the
quarter, allowing the Fenix claims to lapse. Subsequent to the end of the quarter, the
Company has retained four Nut Lake South claims (104543, 104799, 104800 and
104801), with the remaining Nunavut claims lapsing in early October 2026. These claims
cover a north-west to south-east trending zone of uranium mineralisation, with high-
grade rock chip results at both ends of the trend, approximately 9km apart, from the
Company’s 2024 sampling:
North-west (claim 104543): LHNS05 1.24% U3O8; LHNS04 0.57% U3O8, 31 g/t Ag
and 1.00% Mo.
South-east (claims 104799–104801): LHNS07 1.11% U3O8 and 0.34% Mo; KHNL02
0.29% U3O8; LHNS07A 0.17% U3O8; KHNL03 0.13% U3O8 and 0.11% Mo.
A summary of tenement holdings at 30 September 2026 is set out in Appendix A.
Corporate
Cash-flows for the Quarter
Attached to this report is the Appendix 5Bcontainingthe Company’s cashflowstatement
for the quarter.
During the quarter, the Company incurred approximately $40,000 in exploration and
evaluation expenditure and $765,000 in staff, administration and corporate expenditure.
The latter included consultant and advisory fees, legal and compliance costs, investor
relations activities, ASX fees and travel expenses.
Payments to related parties during the quarter totalled approximately $229,000 and
related to remuneration paid to Executive and Non-Executive Directors under existing
remuneration arrangements, statutory superannuation and rent.
The Company had a cash balance of approximately $2.621 million as at 30 September
2026.
